Can I pause my membership? Follow
Yes, you can "Pause" your membership for the next 1, 2 or 3 upcoming shipments! If you would like to do so, please let us know no later than 14 days prior to the next upcoming shipment by reaching out to support@nockingpoint.zendesk.com.
While you are paused you will not be charged for any membership shipments - but you will still be able to log into your members account, make adjustments, receive exclusive NP sales, discounts and offers - and of course "un-pause" at ANY time by contacting us at support@nockingpoint.zendesk.com.
