1. Members: At any time you can login to your members account and click the tab "Delivery Info" - which will open up a field where you can edit/update your shipping address for your account. Please be sure to update your address no later than 7 days prior to an upcoming club shipment to ensure that the new address reaches our system in time! Also, if you are a Member of multiple clubs, please be sure to update the address under *each* separate club tab!
2. Online Orders: At this time we cannot guarantee that we will be able to edit or update a shipping address for orders placed through our NP Shop. However, few exceptions may be made on a case by case basis, depending on order volume and order status. If you need assistance with an address on an order placed through the NP Shop contact email@example.com. Be sure to include the order #, and the full name and email used to place the order!
